ETON SYSTEMS AB and INA INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY (ZHEJIANG) CO., LTD. have signed a strategic partnership agreement.
Both Eton Systems and INA share a vision of together becoming the global market leader within material handling systems. This agreement is a way to make that vision come true and the heart of the agreement is that Eton Systems and INA will share their product range and focus on different markets and regions.
By combining the companies’ product portfolios and having INA focused on Asia and Eton Systems focused on Europe and America, customers will be offered optimal solutions for every project within material handling.
In Asia INA will sell, manufacture, deliver, install and service Eton Systems products with focus on the needle and sewing thread segment.
Eton Systems will sell INA products and will become the exclusive distributor for INA products in Europe.
